The enquiry form collects the contact details, vessel or IMO details, location, preferred survey date, survey type, project notes, and consent timestamp submitted by the visitor.
Purpose of Processing
The information is used to review the survey requirement, respond to the enquiry, confirm scope and availability, and keep an internal record of the request.
Email and WhatsApp Notifications
When configured, the website sends the submitted enquiry to the business by authenticated email. Optional Meta WhatsApp Cloud API notifications may also be sent to the business contact number.
Storage and Retention
Enquiries are stored in the application database so requests are not lost if a notification fails. Retention periods should be confirmed by the business owner and reviewed with legal counsel.
Service Providers
The website may use hosting, database, SMTP email, WhatsApp Cloud API, analytics, and security providers where configured. Only the information needed for those services should be processed.
Security
The application uses validation, rate limiting, secure headers, honeypot spam controls, optional Turnstile checks, and server-side processing. No website can guarantee absolute security.

Visitors can use the public email address, es@esmarinesurvey.com, to ask about enquiry information held by ESMARINE.
Analytics and Cookies
Analytics are disabled unless a measurement ID is configured. If analytics or additional cookies are enabled, the owner should confirm notice and consent requirements before launch.
